About Me

B.C.: Oroville, Northern California, United States; I was born to a liberal, very religous mother and father in 1952. I am now an ultra conservative grandfather of four with some perspective on life. But my conservative beliefs match very closely to my liberal parents, so the family positions have not changed, must have been the world view. My wife and I own and labor on four acres with a "yearround" stream and a pond and a home in the foothills near Lake Oroville in California, USA. Two of our grand children, 13 and15 years old are being raised by us. Another two, 14 and 17 years old don't live with us, thank God. Can you imagine all four gathered together? I can, no thanks! It's has to be a God thing to have the chance to try our hand at these jobs again. I believe a bit differently than most Christians and have two blogs, one dedicated to cultural issues and one to politics. Read the blogs, you'll see.
